The Directors Phillip and Bronwyn Aspinall have operated their own business over 20 year’s and before that have held management positions with some of the biggest operators in the funeral industry. Phillip and Bronwyn share both the passion and ability to empathise with families and have a keen eye for detail ensuring funeral arrangements and services are performed according to your wishes.

During his career in the funeral industry Phillip can point to experience in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Bringing management skills and a common sense approach to at need and pre need arrangements Phillip can also provide bereavement counselling and is able to restore calm and composure under trying circumstances.

Bronwyn embraces all aspects of at need and pre need functions. Bronwyn has worked in both Australia and New Zealand. A master communicator, experienced manager, and innovator, Bronwyn also works with Nursing Homes and other community based groups and brings warmth and reassurance than can only come from experience.

James Aspinall is our General Manager and has extensive experience in both At Need and Pre Need roles. Visiting community based organisations and families throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area James provides information for clubs, church groups and individuals alike. James brings sensitivity and understanding to those people who may find it challenging or just a bit confusing and need some help and guidance to make their own funeral arrangements in advance.

Clare Aspinall works as a Funeral Consultant and also in Administration often times being the first point of contact. Clare identifies closely with families as time is instrumental in adding a special touch to the arrangements.
