Bronwyn, Philip and the team did a wonderful job in assisting our family organise the funeral of our grandfather at the Altona Sports Club. Sadly, we had to organize a funeral for our mother who passed away in November. Unlike birthday parties which happen yearly, it is the one event that you don't get to rehearse. We contacted Candlepines to arrange for a pre paid funeral both Phillip and Bronwyn we very helpful in advising us of all packages and options and costs that were available. Arranging the funeral in advance was an excellent option for us. When it was time for the funeral arrangements we had a meeting with Bronwyn she was so kind considerate and sympathetic. Bronwyn arranged for the memorial cards the flowers and pointed us in the right direction to arrange the photo gallery and music that we had chosen. "Remembering With Love" is an apt phrase for this for this small family owned Australian business. From first contact with Bronwyn, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, patience and sincerity. Our family were provided with options, information and current Co-Vid 19 restrictions. We appreciated the live streaming of the funeral enabling a wider audience to reflect on the life of my step-mother. Funerals are difficult at any time however nothing was too much trouble for Candlepines during the pandemic. All the little details were taken care of such as showing attendees to their seats, delivering and regifting of the flowers to the local church, and following up with me beyond the service. My gratitude to Candlepines - highly recommended.

We totally recommend Candlepines to take care of all your funeral requirements during such a difficult time. We did not have to worry about anything after arrangements had been made after the passing of our Mother, in May this year.
